I had the loaded fries and they were super tasty. They even put the cheese and sour cream on the side at my request.
Everything is excellent, the food, price and wait. There's no need to go anywhere else, when you get the best you don't need the rest.
I contacted San Juan Bbq about ordering for a local non profits fundraiser. They were beyond accommodating on pick up time & menu. They gave us an awesome deal. They were kind, service was great, and lunch was phenomenal. I can't say how excited we are to work with them again. Stop by - you won't be disappointed!
Best BBQ ever!! My Favorite & my Husband & I will drive to Aztec just to get their BBQ....their meet is smoked to perfection & I love the black pepper .... ALL their meat is wonderful so we usually by the combo & absolutely love it!! They close by 7:00 & aren't open on Sundays. But worth the drive & the wait, they stay pretty busy !! We had heard good things about this food truck and ordered nachos with pulled pork. The flavor of the pork was terrific and they didn't skimp on the meat. Would have liked a bit more queso. The tortilla chips were tasty and not your typical. Bbq sauce for drizzling on top is very tasty! Looking forward to trying other items too. Recommendation: Get there before the line gets too long!! They do hand out a pager device so customers can wait in their vehicle. Sure hope they grow into a full serve/sit down restaurant!!!

Amazing BBQ! We've eaten BBQ all over, and this is by far the best! Large quantities of meat, love the jalapeño ranch sauce. French fries were also very tasty! We drive from CO but will definitely be back! 11-6 Tuesday through Saturday.
The brisket melts in your mouth!! The sausage is so yummy. Pulled pork and brisket were similar and divine!! Last but not least, the BBQ SAUCE IS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD! I know it's my personal opinion but I could drink the Bbq sauce it's so tasty!! I've ate there a few times. Opened 11-6 I believe...I'll eat there again for sure! The food truck is located next to vanilla moose in Aztec.
